2298009 - The authorization sync job is failing when trying to load Organization level data

Symptom

The Auth sync gives error while running. There are two errors which you may get alternatively while running Auth Sync job:

  1. Error in RFC; 'connection closed (no data)'
  2. Error in RFC; 'Function module "/GRCPI/GRIA_GET_ORG_LEVEL" not found' PFCG authorization sync failed with errors
