2298059 - "Table /UI5* is not in nametab" error during IMPORT_PROPER phase

Symptom

When trying to upgrade Solution Manager 7.1 support package level by SPAM/SAINT, with ST 710 sp10 (or higher sp-level) selected inside upgrade queue, the following error occurs in IMPORT_PROPER phase:

Directory: <DIR_TRANS>/log/<folder name>

Table /UI5/TREP_FILES is not in nametab
Table /UI5/TREP_TEXT is not in nametab
Table /UI5/TREP_TEXT is not in nametab
Table /UI5/TREP_TEXT is not in nametab
Table /UI5/TREP_TEXT is not in nametab
Table /UI5/TREP_TEXT is not in nametab
