2298094 - BAPI_DOCUMENT_GETLIST does not return VALIDFROMDATE in transaction SE37

Symptom

In transaction SE37 when function module BAPI_DOCUMENT_GETLIST is called it does not return the attribute VALIDFROMDATE
(= valid from date from the change master/number). Nevertheless the Document Info Record (DIR) has a link to a change master
and a valid from date.
