2298132 - "port number error_con is not valid" causes Java stack failed to start

Symptom

You tried to start the Java Engine, but it failed.

In dev_bootstrap trace, you noticed error "JLaunchIExitJava: exit hook is called (rc = 66)".
Then check jvm_bootstrap.out, the following error is displayed.

com.sap.engine.bootstrap.SynchronizationException: Database initialization failed! Check database properties!

com.sap.engine.frame.core.configuration.ConfigurationException: Error while connecting to DB.
Caused by: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: The port number error_con is not valid.
