2298162 - Customizing of Using External Reference IDs in Sales

Symptom

The function Using External Reference IDs is introduced since SAP CRM 7.0, which can be used to enter external reference IDs that do not exist as master data in CRM system, in sales transactions at both header level and item level. The values are entered in Additional External References assignment block which can be enabled by some customizing in SAPGUI and configuration in CRM WebUI.
