2298221 - PI related NWA monitors does not work due to "JMXInstanceNotFoundOperationException"

Symptom

In NWA, PI related monitors are not working.
DefaultTrace shows below error:
"com.sap.tc.lm.itsam.ui.proxy.exception.JMXInstanceNotFoundOperationException".
