2298325 - Cancel Journal Entry Created By Web Service

You have created a journal entry via web service, however you are now unable to reverse it.

1. Go to General Ledger work center.
2. Go to Journal Entries view.
3. Find the concerned document.

You'll see no option to reverse the document.

This journal entry has been created by Manage_Journal_Entry_In web service. The reversal of documents created via web service is not currently supported.

At this point in time, we are not in a position to provide more accurate information on date and/or timelines if this feature will be or not available in future releases.

In order to adjust the amounts, you may post an offset entry by giving the same amounts with opposite signs.
