2298355 - In IQ16 Sp10.x, No error against wrong usage of object identifier.

Symptom

Although customer mistakely wrote a incorrect usage of multiple object identifiers,
IQ didn't return an error and it works well. Due to this, customer worries about
being secruity defect.
It needs to be correction in this part.

    Ex) select count(*) from dba.dba.dba.owner_test;

        => count()
           1
