Symptom

  • User list takes a long time to be displayed from Central Management Console
  • The performance may be different across environments, that is a BI platform retrieves the user list in less time than another BI platform despite the same deployment and similar number of users
  • CMC log shows the following request sent to CMS: 

Paging SQL Query: Page Size = 150), URI='query://{SELECT SI_ID,SI_CUID,...FROM CI_SYSTEMOBJECTS WHERE   SI_KIND = 'User' ORDER BY SI_NAME ASC,SI_ID ASC}', Full SQL='SELECT TOP 1-150
