2298827 - Unable to launch Configtool after fresh Netweaver AS Java server installation

After a fresh installation of the Java server you try to start the configtool for the first time. You get the following example errors:

Error occured while scanning DB.

Checking the configtool log and trc files at location usr/sap/<SID>/<INSTANCEID>/J2EE/configtool:

configtool.0.log:

Error: com.sap.ASJ.cft.000205 Error occurred while scanning DB.
Error details: Error occurred: Secure Store lib Dir does not exist X:/usr/sap<SID>/SYS/global/security/lib/tools

configtool.0.trc:

Error occurred while loading the Secure Store.
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: iaik/utils/Base64InputStream

Release independent.
