2298849 - Career Worksheet: 900-001-6 error when assessing the Readiness Page - Career Development Planning

When clicking "Evaluate your Readiness" link in the Career Worksheet, the following error will appear:

Your request has not been processed successfully. Please try again. If the Problem persists, please contact client support and provide the event code and the server timestamp below: 900-001-6

SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning

1. Go to the Development Tab;
2. Select the Career Worksheet;
3. Click on "Evaluate your Readiness".
   
   The error is displayed.

This issue can happen if the form that was configured as the Competency Assessment form on the Career Worksheet template is:

1. Inactive;
2. Has an invalid Form ID;
3. The form template setting is not set to "Self and Direct Reports".

To resolve the issue, you should configure an active Performance Form as the Competency Assessment form on the Career Worksheet template.
