2298877 - LMS: Can HTML be used for subject line of notification template?

Customer would like to use HTML tags in the subject line to create dynamic notifications.

You can use any HTML tag in any notification message, but only for the body of the notification message.  HTML cannot be used in the subject line.

The user's e-mail client must be able to handle the HTML tags; otherwise, the system will process the tags as plain text.
