2299272 - Record Learning missing in Actions menu for some admins

For some administrators, "Record Learning" is missing in the Actions menu on scheduled offering records.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Role workflows are missing or domain restrictions are preventing Record Learning from being displayed.

1. Make sure the Role has the workflow below (System admin >> Security >> Roles >> Workflow Tab):

• Add Learning Event

2. Make sure the Scheduled Offering domain is included in Domain Restriction set in Workflow Restriction (System admin >> Security >> Roles >> Workflow Restr tab):

• Add Learning Event With Commerce
• Add Learning event
• Edit Learning event
