2299366 - Eight Hours are Getting Deducted Instead of Four Hours When Employee Requests Holiday on Half Working Days

Employees request for holiday on half working day but Eight hours are getting deducted instead of Four Hours

1. Go to the Time Administration work center
2. Select Time Recording view
3. Select Time Sheet view
4. Select any Employee
5. Select Open Time Sheet
6. Select Show Work Schedule

The cause for this issue is Time Model can't show the Four hours difference on credited time as the model does not specify how to handle a Half Day or the number of hours which determines the Half Day

You have to change the Daily Time Model assigned to the employee to allow for a half day deviation of Four hours. You can follow the below steps

1. Go to the Time Administration Work Center
2. Select the Time Model view
3. Select the specific Daily Time Model
4. Maintain Deviation On Half Day Off
