2299457 - Requisition release strategy change triggered from PM work order despite no relevant changes

Symptom

A purchase requisition is generated out of a PM work order. Later you change a field in the work order that is not relevant for the requisition (e.g. start or end date). You notice that after saving, the status of the release strategy is changed even though the change is not relevant for the release strategy. For example, the symptom could be that a new release strategy was triggered, the old strategy was reset or the release strategy disappeared or appeared.

If you open the requisition in ME52N and press Check, the release status is not changed.
