2299485 - How to force Data Services (or CPI-DS) to select all columns from an extractor source

Symptom

0 rows are returned from a job that queries the extractor, even though another extractor test program like RODPS_REPL_TEST pulls data with the same chosen columns.

When a task is getting run, the following error occurs:

Error : 9ALDD_DP_01. MESSAGE_V2 - 000000. E: MESSAGE - Select a time characteristic.
