2299715 - Employee is not Visible in Team Calendar


You are set up as a manager, however are not able to view a specific employee in your Team Calendar.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Managing My Area work center.
  2. Under the Common Tasks section, click on Launch Team Calendar.

In the Team Calendar list, you are not able to see the Employee.


The employee does not have a Time Model assigned in their time profile.


In order to check and assign a Time Model to the employee, please below steps:

  1. Go to the Time Administration work center.
  2. Enter the Employees view.
  3. Search and select the employee.
  4. Click on the Edit button.
  5. Navigate to the Time Profile tab.
  6. Select the currently valid time profile row from the table.
  7. On the panel below, navigate to the Work Schedule sub-tab.
  8. In the Work Schedule field, select either Predefined or Individual.
    1. In case the work schedule selected is Predefined, select a Time Model from the value help field.
    2. In case the work schedule selected is Individual, create a work schedule in the table Individual Work Schedule and assign Daily Models for each working day.
  9. Click on the Save button.

Once the above steps are completed in the system, the Manager will be able to see the employee in his Team Calendar.
