2299730 - Overtime is not Calculated for Employee in Timesheet

You have set up the Compensation file with Hourly and Overtime Compensation components, and assigned the Time Recording Profile to an employee. However you notice that the Overtime is not calculated for this employee in their Time Sheet.

1. Go to the Time Administration work center.
2. Enter Time Sheet view.
3. Search for the employee and select it.
4. Click on the Open Time Sheet button.
5. Navigate to the Review and Correct tab.

In the Time Recording Completeness table, you can see the time recordings without the overtime calculated.

The employee time profile may have been changed and not completed. Therefore, Planned Working Time is not calculated.

Overtime calculation is based on the planned hours set for the employee, so this information is required for the overtime calculation.

Please maintain the Time Model and the Time Accounts in the new Time Profile of the Employee.

This can be done following the below steps:

1. Go to Time Administration work center.
2. Enter the Employees view.
3. Search for the employee and select it.
4. Click on the Edit button.
5. Navigate to the Time Profile tab.
6. Select the currently valid Time Profile.
7. On the panel below, enter the Work Schedule tab.
8. Select the Work Schedule from the dropdown list.
1. In case the work schedule was set as Predefined, select the Time Model from the value help.
2. In case the work schedule was set as Individual, define a work schedule in the Individual Work Schedule table below.
9. Click on the Save button.
10. With the same time profile selected, enter the Time Account Rules sub-tab.
11. Click on the Add Row button and maintain the Time Accounts.
12. Click on the Save button.
