2300078 - BPW Scheduler Server cannot get the Scheduler Lock

Symptom

The only Bill Payment and Transfer Warehouse (BPW) Application Process configured to run as the Scheduler cannot get the scheduler lock causing the following error to be displayed in the application log:

Scheduler.checkSchedulerLock: The Scheduler lock is owned by another server.
