2300536 - “1. incumbent: [ZZZZ] is not a valid user id” Error When Importing Positions - Succession Management

When trying to import MDF Position data, the following error is received for some position records:

1. incumbent: [ZZZZ] is not a valid user id

SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management

The “incumbent” field for the position record contains an invalid user ID.

To be able to import the position record, replace the invalid user ID by a valid user ID.

Note: When trying to remove the incumbent from the position, make sure the “incumbent” field is blank and does not contain any blank spaces.
