Resolution

  • Prerequisite: Access to the Onboarding Super Administrator site.
  • To use different locales or switch between different locales, include all the locales in the Super Administrator site.
  • How to include locales?
  1. Login to the Super Administrator site
  2. Choose the account
  3. Go to Locales on the left side of the menu
  4. Click on "Add Locale"
  5. Choose the needed locale
  6. Review the information for that locale
  7. If this locale should be the default, then choose the Default option
  8. Click Submit
