2301408 - Error: "Could not log on to CMS (STU00152)" when running "./ccm.sh" command line.

Symptom

Running the ./ccm.sh command line displays the following output:

"Creating session manager...
Logging onto CMS...
err: Error: Could not log on to CMS (STU00152)
err: Error description: The system DWDEVWEBAPP can be contacted, but there is no Central Management Server running at port 6400"
