How to make the Online Content available for users to review after they have completed it?

In order to make an Online Content available to the user after its completion:

1. Search for the Item and open the Online Content tab >
2. Click Settings gear icon >
3. In the Completion tab, ensure that the "Users can Review Completed Content from History" is set to ON >
   
4. Click OK and then Save >
5. After completing the items, users should see the "Review Content" option available in the their Learning History section.
   
   

Note:

• This option will only allow users to review content if the content was completed in Browser, AICC or SCORM launch method only; any other course type won't be available.
  
  • The document wrapper may also be used in order for a document to be reviewed. The document would be placed in the AICC wrapper, and the Launch Method should be AICC.
  • It is also possible to review contents with their launch method as Document Type.
• The Review Content option is not visible when proxying as a user
• In addition, the courses will only be available to review if the user has at least one interaction with the content (launched it at least once).
  If the Admin records the learning event for the users on the Admin side without any user interaction with the content, the option won't be available in the user Learning History.
  On the other hand, if the user has at least one interaction, even the learning history is later recorded by Admin, the courses will still be available to review.
• Once the item is deactivated in the future (e.g. due to revision), the content will no longer be available for review.
