2301709 - Company is Not Displayed in Activity Set Migration Date and Process Control - SAP Business ByDesign

Symptom

A new Company has been created and activated in Organizational Management. Now the goal is to set a migration date for the new company, but this is not displayed in activity Set Migration Date and Process Control.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
  2. Go to Overview view.
  3. Search and open the activity Set Migration Date and Process Control.
  4. Notice that the relevant company is not showing.

Cause

The reason why the company is not displayed in activity Set Migration Date and Process Control is because there isn't any set of books assigned to this company.
Only companies with set of books assigned are displayed in this activity.

Resolution

In order to assign it, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
  2. Go to Overview view.
  3. Search and open the activity Set of Books.
  4. Assign a set of books to the company.
