After creating a copy of a forecast and reconfiguring it, clicking Build returns an error saying the plan is locked.

Reproducing the Issue
Check the dot next to the copy once it is created. If it shows as green before the first successful build attempt, this issue may have occurred.
Cause
It appears to be possible for the original report's build status to be copied along with the other information. The copy is officially "built" at creation (showing a green dot) and an attempt to build it again then causes problems.
Resolution
You may attempt to wait for the lock to expire, which is estimated to be 5 hours 15 minutes from the first build attempt.
Otherwise it can be more efficient to recreate the forecast from scratch instead of editing a copy. If you have the original config open in another browser window you can copy the config line by line in a matter of minutes.
