2302007 - Package ME_SYSTEM_CHECK is invalid

Symptom

DB Diagnostics Report or CTC wizard task is failing with an error that points to ME_SYSTEM_CHECK package. The error can look like

  • PLS-00323: subprogram or cursor 'TABLE_CHECK' is declared in a package specification and must be defined in the package body

  • package body ME_SYSTEM_CHECK not able to compile

  • Similar errors.
