2302014 - Mandatory fields on tab "Locaton Data" not checked in notification

Symptom

Although fields from the tab "Location data" are set to "Required" in the field control customizing (transaction code OIAZ), service and maintenance notifications can be saved without filling these fields. The mandatory fields are only checked if one clicks on the tab "Location data". This happens for example in transaction code IW21, IW22, IW51 and IW52.
