When trying to connect using XNET:*.*.*.*:3007 the following error code is generated:
Message XRS1376: Transport: Initialize TCP/IP Failed. EXPLANATION: The server process which handles this communications layer could not initialize its services. As a result, it was not started. This will prevent sessions from taking place via this resource. ACTIONS: Verify that this resource is properly installed and functional on this server. Then shutdown and restart the server. If the message persists, contact your support representative for assistance and provide the Error field value.
