2302490 - SYB: DBACOCKIT: Fail to configure Data Collectors and ATM - SAP ASE for BS

After a DB-Migration from Oracle to SAP ASE, customer failed to configure Data Collectors and ATM.

• All of the Data Collectors setup traffic light are red saying Table 'DBH_SNAP_*' does not exist.
• 'Repair Data Collector' button does not work.
• Click 'Set up ATM' from DBACOCKPIT -> Configuration --> ATM Configuration, get "Error in RDI back-end setup occured!" with following messages:
