Symptom
After a DB-Migration from Oracle to SAP ASE, customer failed to configure Data Collectors and ATM.
- All of the Data Collectors setup traffic light are red saying Table 'DBH_SNAP_*' does not exist.
- 'Repair Data Collector' button does not work.
- Click 'Set up ATM' from DBACOCKPIT -> Configuration --> ATM Configuration, get "Error in RDI back-end setup occured!" with following messages:
