2302768 - "Communications error (14)" when using Single Sign-On (SSO)

Symptom

When attempting to transmit with SSO enabled you receive "Communications error (14)" on the client. In the server log you receive the following error.

'JavaBackEndError (JAVA EXCEPTION CAUGHT:com.syclo.agentry.AgentryException: Could not login user USER - Login Exception Cannot cast class sun.net.www.protocol.http.HttpURLConnection to class javax.net.ssl.HttpsURLConnection)'
