2302959 - How are List Of Values for BW variable sorted in Web Intelligence document through BICS connection

Symptom

  • When creating a Web Intelligence document on top of BEx query through BICS connection, BW variables will be pop-up as Prompt
  • Sometimes, the order of LOV for BW variable in the Prompts window is different from the order of F4 values in RSRT
  • Moreover, the order of LOV is not always sorted as ascending of the characteristic text
