2303494 - Importing Delivery Unit fails with "Session error: Repository: Activation failed for at least one object"

Symptom

Whilst trying to manually import a delivery unit you see the following errors in HANA Studio and Indexserver trace file:

e REPOSITORY activator.cpp(00628) : Activator::activateObjects: Activation 780 completed with errors. 
Session error: Repository: Activation failed for at least one object;At least one error was encountered during activation.
Please see the CheckResult information for  detailed information about the root cause. All objects without errors have been activated.(40136)
