2303665 - Troubleshooting WM status 'B' in a Delivery

• In a delivery, the WM status is 'B' (Partially Processed) even though all WM activity appears to be completed. 
  
• One or more delivery item has WM status 'B' even though there are no open transfer orders associated with the delivery.
• Error VL 608 "Delivery has not yet been completely processed by WM" is issued in VL02N/VL32N when Posting Goods Issue/Receipt.
• Error VL 110 "Item & cannot be deleted (WM status)" is issued in VL02N/VL32N when trying to delete the delivery.
