2304331 - Error "Pricing procedure could not be determined" but item is set as not relevant for pricing

Symptom

When you create a business transaction you get the error  "Pricing procedure could not be determined" (CRM_PRIDOC_COM401) although you have deactivated the pricing relevant flag in item customizing.
