Symptom

RS fails to open NFS partition at startup:


ERROR #6078 GLOBAL RS(GLOBAL RS) - /sqm/rsaiosun_svr4.c(229) Could not open file '/xxx/stable_01'.  System error 'Inappropriate ioctl for device(25)'
Unable to open partition '/xxx/stable_01'.
WARNING #6131 GLOBAL RS(GLOBAL RS) - /generic/sqm/sqmsp.c(3111) Replication Server has no partitions.
