• Webi schedules to Email destination fails with following error message: "write error. [CrystalEnterprise.Smtp]: [Error sending mail message to SMTP server. Return code: 552]".

• Notice that the issue does not happen with small instances.

• Important to NOTE: SMTP Server is not a SAP product and do not qualify for SAP support. This KBA is presented to assist to determinate the root cause of the error mesage displayed in BI Platform.
