Symptom

  • Changing a service line item on a External Requirement from a Service item of standard type to a service item of Info Line type is not reflected in the SRM shopping cart after transfer to SRM.
  • BBP_PDIGP-ITEM_PROCESS_TYP in the SRM Shopping Cart is displaying as a Service item type even after the item type has been changed to an Info Line in the MM External Requirement.
