2305230 - Error: Connection to the Universe failed. Please ensure SAP Analytics Cloud Agent is configured correctly.

When trying to create an SAP BusinessObjects Universe connection (UNX) within SAP Analytics Cloud, the below error is displayed:

• Connection to the Universe service failed. Please ensure SAP Analytics Cloud Agent is configured correctly.

• SAP Analytics Cloud
• SAP Cloud Connector
• SAP Analytics Cloud Agent
• SAP BusinessObjects BI platform 4.1 or higher 

1. Login to SAP Analytics Cloud
2. From the Main Menu click "Connection".
3. Click the "+" in the top right corner and select "Connection to UNX".
4. Enter details for connections and click "OK".
5. Error is displayed. 

The error is displayed because the SAP Cloud Connector is not configured correctly.

Update the Access Policy Access control to "Path and all sub-paths".
