2305760 - Green save icon on requistion not appearing in IE

There is a green save icon at the top of the requistion detail page that is only showing in browsers other than IE  

Recruiting Management

1. Go to recruiting tab using IE browser
2. Create new requisition
3. View req details page and see no save icon at the top of the requisition
4. Repeat same with alternate browser and see the green save icon

 A provisioning switch "Disable the internal scrollbar next to forms"  must be  enabled in order to see  "Save" icon in every IE version

1. Enabled provisioning switch " Disable the internal scrollbar next to forms" 
2. Navigate back to requisition details page using any browser and green save icon is visible.
