2305907 - Character translation issue using iso_1 charset for Accelerator for ASE - SAP ASE 16.0

• If proxy tables are created on the Accelerator for ASE (A4A) instance that is configured to handle charset ISO_1
• An insert of an extended Ascii character values  (Ascii value > 127) will raise error 274:
