2305928 - Message: 15050, State 0, Severity 12 Cannot validate subscription - SRS

Symptom

Validating a subscription that has a route from the Primary Replication Server(PRS) to the Replicate Replication Server(RRS) raises the following error in the RRS error log.

ERROR #1028 USER(sa) -eneric/sub/sub_gen.c(2181) Message from server: Message: 15050, State 0, Severity 12 -- 'Cannot validate subscription <subname> before it is activated.'.
