Symptom
The role "2nd Level Direct Report" is not included in the 360 form even if “Auto Include in Form” is enabled for this role in Manage Templates.
Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors 360 Multi-Rater
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Manage Templates.
- Select the 360 Form Template.
- In the 'Rater List' section, add the 2nd Level Direct Report (or Any level of Direct Reports Below in the Reporting Hierarchy) in the 'Role' column:
4. Select the checkbox 'Auto Include in From' next to it anc click 'Save', to save your changes.
5. Launch a 360 Review.
Result:
The 2nd Level Direct Reports are not auto-included in the Rater List of the 360 Review.
Cause
- The "2nd Level Direct Report" role is not currently supported in default rater roles.
- Even this option is selected, the users in this role will still not be auto included in the form. (MTR-3236)
- The reason why this option is available for you when configuring the 360 Review in Manage Templates is that this drop down list of user roles is a component that is used in other places in Manage Templates (PM v12A) and it displays ALL the roles available.
Note:
- Matrix Reports are not available in the auto-included list as it is not possible to pull them into the review process automatically.
