2305959 - Filters on reports in a new browser window is giving error "error: openModalPopup needs to have plateau.popup loaded"

When you open a report in a new window and click on the Filter it gives an error message "error: openModalPopup needs to have plateau.popup loaded"

1. Go to Reports and search for any report.
2. Open in a new browser tab
3. Click on any of the serach filter icon and you should see the issue

This is the expected behaviour, the filter pop-up actually renders information from the DB tables. So when you open the report in a new window, this pop-up is virtually disconnected from plateau.com and hence it cannot pull information.

Open Reports in the same window as your learning application is and this should not cause this issue.
