2306156 - BP Integration: HRALXSYNC Message No. R1201

When you create an Organizational Unit (Object O), there should have been a corresponding business partner (Object BP) that has to be created. This is as per SAP standard and Customer business requirement. But here even after activating the relevant switches in T77S0 (see note 550055 point 2) and when you create the Organizational Unit you are unable to see the BP created and there is no corresponding relationship between O –> BP.

As next step you try to fix this issue with the Report HRALXSYNC. As result you will get the following error:

Business partner xxxxxxxxxxxx does not exist
Message No. R1201

or

Grouping xx does not exist
Message No. R1 212
