2306505 - Contact Support error in the SAP Solution Manager Fiori Launchpad


1. You are trying to use Contact Support in the SAP Solution Manager system Fiori Launchpad. You want that the case is created in the SAP Solution Manager itself.

You receive error:

Your message could not be sent. Try sending the message again, or contact your system administrator.


2. You want to create an incident using My incident app-> Add (Only for SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SP01 and SP02).

You receive error:

Error: incident could not be createdError (400, Bad Request) in OData response for POST

"/sap/opu/odata/UI2/INTEROP/Messages": HTTP request failed Details: Creation of message failed



 In both cases in the HttpWatch tool you will get:
