2307147 - Drill to Detail not working for enabled measure

Drill to Detail cannot be opened for a measure that has DtD enabled, either in Query Workspace or in a standard measure page.

Query Workspace will only enable DtD for a query if there is at least one element in the Rows section and one element in the Columns section. 

If the standard measure page is set to Analyze By - No Analysis, this empties one of those sections.

If you are in Query Workspace, edit the query in Design View and ensure that neither Rows nor Columns is empty.

If you are on a standard measure page, ensure that an analysis option is selected (the default is fine as long as it's not No Analysis). 

if there is still no DtD, raise an issue and SuccessFactors will check the measure's DtD config.
