Age of requisition is showing two different values in Ad Hoc / ORD reports for job requisitions with the same Job requisition age start date (based on the settings in Admin Centre > Manage Recruiting Settings)

1) Go to Admin Centre > Manage Recruiting Settigns and verify how the job requisition age start date is calculated:

2) Go to the Reports and report using the Recruiting V2 or Recruiting V2 Secured domain on the Age of requisition (adding also the Age of Requisition Start Date as a column).

Please note that the age of requisition is not counting since the job reuqisition is closed, so you might want to exclude closed job requisitions from your report by applying specific filters.

RESULT: E.g. both job requisitions shown in the example below were created on the same day, but they are showing two different values for the Age column:

Ad Hoc report will reflect the age of job requisition dynamically based on the time of the server. The Start Date for the job requisition age calculation is however taking the full timestamp of the start date into consideration and will add the day to the requisition age when the full 24 hours are passed based on the Calculate Job Requisition Age in Provisioning.

In order to understand the Age of Requisition calculation in Ad Hoc or ORD report, you might want to change the configuration to display timestamp instead of date in the column configuration. For example, if the Date Created is used as a Start Date for Job requisition age calculation, you will see the Date Created field displayed as a "Date" in the report. In order to see the time of the requisition creation as well, please change the data type to timestamp:

Please note that the report will take the server time into consideration, so don't check the "Localized" check box in order to get meaningful values.

Once you had changed the Data Type, re-run the Ad Hoc report and compare the time from the Age Start Date value with the current server timestamp:
