Work Schedule (Label) and Cost Center(Label) columns don't fetch data in Realms, when BizX language is set to English UK

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• Advanced Reporting

1. Login to the instance
2. Change the BizX Language to English UK by navigating to Options > Change Language
3. Home > Analytics > Analytics > Advance Reporting 
4. Pull Work Schedule (Label) and Cost Center(Label) columns in a REALMS query
5. The columns won't fetch data for a few employees though they have data configured for these fields 
6. Change the BizX Language to English US using the steps mentioned above
7. Home > Analytics > Analytics > Advance Reporting 
8. Pull Work Schedule (Label) and Cost Center(Label) columns in a REALMS query
9. The columns fetch data for all the employees

• The fields do not have a configuration for en_GB in the data model.
• The fields do not have translated data for en_GB (English UK).
• The Reporting system is not in sync with the Localized view (translations).

1. Configure the field with labels for en_GB in the data model.
2. Use Admin Center > Manage Data to check and enter data for en_GB for the affected records.
3. If the above are configured properly and the issue persists, please create a support case with the following details:
   Data Center
   Company ID
   Field configuration in the data model / Manage Business configuration
   Example records which have translation for all languages under concern
   Support Access.

Also try the below resolution :

Go to settings-->change language-->choose the language and select switch
