2307530 - How to sign the Windows Phone Afaria Client XAP file using the XapSignTool.exe.

Symptom

The Afaria Windows Phone client must be singned first using the Microsoft Standalone SDK. With version 8.1 and 8.2 the signing should be performed using the XapSignTool.exe.
