2307997 - Is it Possible to Reset Milestone Design Accepted Status?

You are trying to reset the status of Milestone: Design Accepted from status Accepted to Open.

But there is no option avaiable in Business Configuration workcenter to change this status.

1.  Go to Business Configuration work center.
2.  Select Implementation Projects view.
3.  Select Open Activity List button.
4.  Select Confirm Milestone: Design Accepted activity.

The status Design Accepted is greyed out.

This is an expected system behavior.

Once you have created and accepted the Milestone Design, it is not possible to set the status to open again.

The Milestone Design accepted is irreversible.

Additional Information: Out of the four different Milestones available in the Business Configuration workcenter, following are their system behavior:

Confirm Milestone: Design Accepted - Cannot be reverted. The status cannot be changed from Accepted to Open.

Confirm Milestone: Solution Accepted - Can be reset. The status can be changed from Accepted to Open.

Confirm Milestone: Go-Live Readiness Acceptance - Can be reset. The status can be changed from Accepted to Open.

Go-Live Activity - Cannot be reverted. The status cannot be changed from Accepted to Open.
